Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

When We Provide Refunds or Replacements

We will provide refunds or replacements where products:

• Are defective or have major faults
• Do not match their description
• Are not of acceptable quality
• Are damaged in transit
• Were incorrectly delivered (provided items have not been opened or tampered with and are in re-saleable condition)

Major vs Minor Product Issues

Major Failures: For serious problems (products that are significantly different from what was described, unsafe, or don’t do what they’re supposed to do), you can choose between a refund or replacement.

Minor Failures: For smaller problems that can be easily fixed, we may choose to repair the product free of charge.

Claim Process

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. Please provide:

• Order details and photos of the problem
• Best before dates (where applicable)
• Detailed description of the issue

We may request that goods be returned with original packaging to assess your claim. Please don’t discard items until we authorize you to do so.

What We Don’t Refund

No refund or exchange for:

• Change of mind purchases
• Products that have been opened or tampered with (unless defective)
• Items not in re-saleable condition
• Ordering errors made by the customer

However, if you change your mind, please contact us as we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
